This lovely French holiday cottage is situated on the edge of the charming village of Siran & is tucked away in a quiet corner, within easy walking distance of the village centre. This old stone French holiday cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms & two totally private walled courtyards to the front & rear with large BBQ, garden furniture, Jasmine & Hydrangea.

The interior of this French holiday cottage is pleasantly furnished, in harmony with its traditional French village setting. Hortensia Cottage has a pleasant lounge area with a wood burning stove. Off the lounge area is a fully fitted modern kitchen/dining area with full oven & hob, microwave & all crockery & utensils. From the kitchen, French doors lead out on to the secluded rear walled courtyard. On the first floor of this French holiday cottage are two double bedrooms & a fully fitted bathroom with bath, shower, toilet & hand basin. A further flight of stairs leads to the large open plan grenier which is fully furnished with a king size bed, chaise longue & airmchairs. The grenier has an en suite bathroom & walk in wardrobe. Hortensia Cottage is therefore a French holiday cottage that can comfortably accommodate six people.

Hortensia French Holiday Cottage is just a 30 minute drive away from the walled city of Carcassonne which is the location of the Carcassonne Salvaza airport, to which direct Ryanair flights arrive daily from Stansted, East Midlands, Leeds, Liverpool, Dublin, Glasgow, Cork & Shannon airports.

The excellent French Mediterranean beaches of Narbonne, Valras & Gruisan are easily accessible from this French holiday cottage. There are many traditional French markets in the area & the Canal du Midi is close by.
